Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern use of the William Tractor website and purchases made through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and may not use the site for unlawful or unauthorized activity.

Store platform and availability

The storefront and checkout use services provided by Wix and other vendors. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the site, product selection, feature, or service. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, carrier, hosting, or other operational reasons.

Product information and pricing

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability, and delivery estimates. Equipment manufacturers and suppliers may revise specifications, and typographical or data errors may occur. If a dimension, certification, compatibility detail, or included attachment needs clarification, our team can work with you after the order is placed.

• Prices and promotions may change before order acceptance.
• Images may include optional accessories or show representative colors.
• Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Orders and payment

An order submission is an offer to purchase and is subject to payment verification, inventory confirmation, fraud review, and delivery coordination. We will contact you if an order needs correction or cannot be fulfilled and will issue any refund required for a payment we do not accept. The customer is responsible for accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.

Shipping, returns, and warranties

The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. William Tractor equipment is covered by a 2-year factory warranty, subject to the written factory warranty’s coverage, exclusions, registration requirements, and remedies. A warranty claim is separate from a discretionary return, and modifications, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, or operation contrary to the manual may affect coverage.

Safe and lawful equipment use

The buyer is responsible for lawful transport, unloading, installation, registration, certification, maintenance, and operation. Equipment must be operated by a qualified person who has read the applicable manual, understands the controls and limitations, uses required protective equipment, and follows workplace and local safety rules.

Prohibited conduct

• Upload malicious code or interfere with site security
• Misrepresent identity, payment authority, delivery information, or order purpose
• Scrape, copy, resell, or exploit site content without authorization
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights
• Use the site or products for unlawful activity

Third-party services and links

Payment providers, Wix, carriers, manufacturers, and linked websites are independent third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms. William Tractor is not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent required by law or expressly stated in a written order agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, William Tractor disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or equipment. Product warranties and mandatory consumer rights remain governed by their applicable written terms and law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, right, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update the Terms by posting a revised version and date.
